Deleting your ZENS account

In the app

Open ZENS, then Me › Settings › Delete account. The account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@zensbuds.ai from the address (or with the phone number) you signed in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We answer within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, email or phone number, and display name.
• Your recordings and everything made from them: transcripts, summaries, outlines, to-dos and name cards.
• Your translation history, including any original speech kept with it.
• Your cloned voice, at us and at the voice provider.
• What Lily remembered about you, and your earbuds' saved settings.

Nothing is kept afterwards except records we are required to keep by law, such as payment records held by the app store you bought a plan from. Deleting the account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel that in Google Play or the App Store.

Deleting one thing at a time

In the app you can delete a single recording or translation, clear what Lily remembers (Me › Memory), and delete your cloned voice (Me › Voice cloning), without deleting the account.
